Returns & Exchanges Policy (Physical Products)

For returns or exchanges related to physical products, we only accept requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during shipping or does not match the product photos.

  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof.

Digital Products Policy

All digital PDF pattern purchases made through our store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order has been placed, processed, and the digital file has been delivered, the sale is considered final.

If you are unable to open or access the digital PDF pattern, please contact us at mioh.grocery@gmail.com for assistance.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed.
